Securely pack the unused tile sheets in their original protective film and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship It Back

Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the tiles to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
